"We had Bill over a period of one year (2010–2011) remodel two bathrooms, rec room and our kitchen. Bill's estimates were fair and accurate. When there were some unforeseen costs they amounted to small amounts and were resolved without difficulty. The men Bill subcontracted to were friendly and very efficient. Bill always showed up on time. When he left at night he always cleaned up and was ready for the next day's work (this also goes for the subcontractors he used). "My husband and I hired Bill Yount to replace our tub/shower surround. It was not holding tight to the wall, causing mold and mildew problems. We chose to tile to spruce up our bathroom. We also wanted a new tub and fixtures. When Bill removed the old tub to proceed, he discovered there was little support under the tub, which was the cause of the surround not holding. He reinforced the floor with concrete and was able to proceed. Bill explained each step as he moved along with the project, and was very professional! Also, his price was VERY competitive! The final product is a beautiful spa type bathroom in a 100 year old home! We couldn't be happier!"
