Forest-view bathroom remodel. Before: gutted to studs with new blue PEX plumbing, old corner tub left in place. During: cement board (Durock) shower base built up under window. After: finished walk-in shower with white linear tile, pebble-stone shower floor, blue vanity, granite counter, knotty alder door, and the same forest window.
Master bathroom remodel. Before: gutted to studs with exposed wiring/plumbing visible from adjoining bedroom. After: finished double-sink granite vanity with maple cabinets and tall linen tower in same alcove.
Master bathroom shower area. Before: framed shower stall with pink/yellow insulation visible through opening from red bedroom wall. After: finished walk-in tile shower with stone-look tile, dual showerheads, bench, and corner linen cabinet.
Master bathroom toilet/floor area. Before: subfloor torn up, pink/yellow insulation in walls, water damage visible. After: full bathroom with toilet, knotty alder cabinets, tile floor, recessed lighting, sauna door.
Small bathroom remodel. Before: dingy old yellow 4x4 tile, dated wood vanity, scratched cast-iron tub. After: white subway tile with dark grout, hex floor tile, new sink and tub. Yellow tile remnants still visible behind new subway tile in after shot confirms same room.
Same small bathroom — toilet/floor view. Before: scuffed brown vinyl tile floor with stained tub apron. After: white subway tile walls, new white toilet, hardwood floor.
Backyard deck rebuild. Before: rotting wood deck with broken lattice skirt and weathered steps. After: new composite deck boards with black metal balusters and stairs leading to backyard.
