About
B. Yount Construction
Spokane remodeling since 1979 — owner Bill Yount brings four decades of hands-on experience to every project.
Who We Are
B. Yount Construction was founded in 1979 by Bill Yount, a certified general contractor who has spent his career in the trades. Based in Spokane, WA 99205, we specialize in residential remodeling — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, tile work, and more.
Unlike larger contracting companies where you talk to a salesperson and then never see them again, Bill is personally involved with every project we take on. He shows up, he solves problems, and he doesn't hand your project off to someone who doesn't know your home.
Our Approach
Remodeling a home is a significant investment. We take that seriously. Every project starts with a free, detailed estimate that clearly defines the scope of work so there are no surprises at the end. When unforeseen issues arise — and in remodeling they sometimes do — we communicate clearly and resolve them without drama.
Our crews clean up at the end of every workday and are ready to hit the ground running the next morning. We show up when we say we will.
Licensed & Insured
B. Yount Construction is a licensed, certified general contractor in Washington State (License # BYOUNC*033OL). All work meets or exceeds current building codes.
